Position: Site Foreman / Woman.
Location: Ludlow, Shropshire.
Rate: £28.00 - £30.00 ph.
Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Site Foreman / Woman to start work on a Restoration / Refurbishment of a historical building in Ludlow, Shopshire. Details include
· Tasking Trades on site.
· Supervising direct staff and sub contractors.
· Liaising with with client, staff and architect.
· Assisting with restoration and refurbishment works.
· Working in a team of Heritage Trades.
· Working closely with Contracts Manager.
Requirements for role
· SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.
· Full PPE and Own vehicle preferred.
· 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
· Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
· Photo ID.
